1. Acceptance and Updates to Terms

Our terms and conditions of sale may change as we reserve the right to alter course prices at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you as soon as possible. Enrolment in any Infinity Beauty Academy course is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us.

2. Payments and Pricing

• The price of each course shall be the price listed on www.infinitybeautyacademy.com.au.

• Payment is accepted via Invoice, Cash, or AfterPay.

• All online courses must be paid in full prior to course access being granted.

3. Refund Policy

• No Change of Mind Refunds: Once an online course is purchased and activated, accessed, or viewed, the course material is deemed to have been accessed and consumed in full. We do not offer refunds for change of mind once course access has been granted or activated.

• Faulty Items: If an item in your kit arrives damaged or defective, notify us with details and photos of the issue. We will repair, replace, or refund faulty items in accordance with your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

• Non-Returnable Items: Digital downloads, downloadable manuals, and online course modules once accessed; opened or used cosmetic products, consumables, adhesives, or sanitary beauty supplies; and gift cards cannot be returned.

• Dissatisfaction: It is the policy of Infinity Beauty Academy not to issue refunds if a student fails to complete the course or is unsatisfied with the content or delivery. If you have concerns, you may request a private meeting with the Director of Infinity Beauty Academy.

4. Course Access and Digital Materials

• All course handouts, videos, and materials—whether supplied in digital or online format—remain the copyright property of Infinity Beauty Academy.

• Attendees may use the material for internal personal learning purposes only and are not permitted to reproduce, share, or distribute the material without prior written agreement.

5. Participant Conduct and Behaviour

Infinity Beauty Academy strives to provide a supportive online learning environment free from discrimination and harassment. We reserve the right to suspend or expel course participants whose conduct is unacceptable, including:

• Disrespectful, offensive, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or fellow students (including during Zoom sessions or online forums);

• Academic misconduct or breach of digital copyright;

• Irresponsible behaviour.

If a student’s behaviour impacts online learning groups or Zoom sessions, the following steps apply:

Verbal Warning: We will contact the student to identify the issues of concern.

Suspension or Expulsion: If the behaviour continues, the student may be removed from the course. Under these circumstances, the student will not be eligible for a refund.

6. Special Assistance

Students must notify Infinity Beauty Academy in writing at least 7 days prior to commencing their online course if they require special assistance of any kind (including adjustments relating to a disability) to complete the curriculum. All information will be kept in the strictest confidence.

7. Student Rights and Responsibilities

You can expect:

• Training to be delivered by qualified and experienced trainers;

• Accurate and current industry information;

• Professional and supportive communication;

• The protection of your personal data in accordance with legal requirements.

You are responsible for:

• Progressing through your online modules responsibly and meeting assessment requirements;

• Treating staff and peers with fairness, respect, and courtesy;

• Respecting intellectual property and copyright laws.
