Our courses cater to those with learning disabilities
It is crucial for individuals with disabilities to be aware that they are welcome to participate in any of our courses with their support workers. As the academy’s lecturer and someone who has previously worked as a support worker, I can confirm that our classes are adaptable for one-on-one or one-to-two settings to accommodate students with ADHD, ADD, and Autism.
We cater to various learning disabilities, including Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Dyscalculia, Auditory Processing Disorder, Nonverbal Learning Disorder, Language Processing Disorder, and Visual Perceptual/Visual Motor Deficit. Each condition uniquely affects learning, influencing abilities in reading, writing, math, auditory comprehension, nonverbal communication, language processing, and visual-motor coordination.
